In order to be considered for this year's 10th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival, please fill out the form and our JFF Stage Manager will be in touch. Please note that your performance must be family friendly and should not offend anyone in the audience. No Nudity, profanity or explicit performances, speeches or dances allowed.

We will need an example of what you plan to perform at the Festival. Will you be able to provide that? If not, we will not be able to suggest you to the committee for consideration.

The applicant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SCJFF,  third party groups or any other corporation or entity should the event location change, from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost of expenses, or any damage which may be asserted, claimed, or recovered against or from the said parties by reason of any damages to property, personal injury, or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whomsoever and which damage, injury or death arises out of, or is incident to or in any way connected with the scheduled festivities, and regardless of which claim, demand, loss, cost or expense in whole or in part by the negligence of  SCJFF or by third parties or by agents, servants, employees or factors of any of them.

You understand, completion of this form does not signify performance status. Those accepted will be contacted directly by the SCJFF Stage Manager & team.
